I should not have been concerned, it is a simple and very rewarding process. As always, the results surpass anything you can find on the supermarket shelves, and there is room for experimentation to make your very own, unique product. Being very fond also of gravad lax I have chosen to include dill in my recipe, but feel free to exclude it if you prefer.
